Apply for a Rental

To provide good and safe living standards for all residents we have set a standard of criteria that we require to be followed in order to be eligible for consideration. If you are interested in renting one of our properties, you must meet and agree with the following requirements:

  • Your monthly net/gross salary/income should be twice the rent amount
  • We run a full background and credit check on each person over the age of 18
  • The applicant might be asked to cover the fee process ( $100-$150)
  • No smoking or pets at our residencies
Keep in mind the screening and application process may take up to 10 days.
