We've been providing quality housing in the regions of Brampton, Cambridge, Puslinch, Sarnia and on Eugenia Lake in Gray County since the year 2012. To us, a home is not just a structure. It's a place where we feel love, warmth and safety. It should be a place where you feel most comfortable and relaxed. Having that in mind, in each of our properties - especially in our multifamily homes, we emphasize that each member of the household and their guests follow certain rules as a condition of occupancy. To provide good living standards for all residents we have set a standard of criteria that we require to be followed in order to be eligible for consideration.
